In 2022, Sylhet and Sunamganj were struck by one of the worst floods in history.
Homes were submerged, roads were cut off, and food was scarce—
But the most devastating crisis was the shortage of clean drinking water.
In response to this dire situation, Alhaj Shamsul Hoque Foundation launched the country's first free-floating water purification and distribution project.
From the rivers themselves, pure drinking water is instantly purified and delivered daily by this floating boat—
Village to village, shore to shore, reaching out to every hand with a bottle of safe water, a drop of hope, a chance at life.
Even today, the project continues tirelessly.
Post-flood, around 3,000 people across 8 villages still receive clean drinking water daily, for free.
Where many look to the sky in hope of rain,
The ASH Foundation has become a name they can rely on.
This is not just a project—
It is a life-saving humanitarian service.
Your small contribution could become someone's reason to survive.
You, too, can be a part of this extraordinary journey.
