Alhaj Shamsul Haque Foundation inaugurated a special booth for collecting pure drinking water free of charge on December 31.Hospital Director Brigadier General Muhammad Taslim Uddin inaugurated the project at 3 pm today.The project, funded and managed by the foundation, has been installed on the roof of the second floor of the hospital's administrative building. About 10,000 people will be able to drink clean water every day from this project with a capacity of 1,000 liters per hour through a state-of-the-art RO machine built in a new shed on the roof. Specific responsible persons have been appointed to manage the project continuously. At the same time, experts from the industry will visit the project twice a month and monitor the quality of water, InshaAllah.

In addition to the open water collection booth set up on the ground floor in front of the building, separate water collection booths are being set up on each floor of this building. Through which patients can easily collect water from their respective floors. Today's grand program was also attended by the Foundation's Chairman Engineer Muhammad Nasir Uddin, Honorary Vice-President of Chittagong Medical College Hospital Patient Welfare Association and Foundation Advisor Dr. Taiyab Sikder, and Social Service Officer Abhijit Saha. Chittagong Medical College Patient Welfare Association is supporting this project, which was established with the support of the Foundation's esteemed donors and is managed by the Foundation.
