Even with a hundred crores, we cannot return Shaheed Advocate Saiful Islam Alif to his innocent child. But we have made a decision — we want to stand beside this symbolic family, who have become a powerful emblem of injustice on the soil of Bengal, with a gift of at least 10 million taka.

This gift will play a vital role, InshaAllah, in covering the education of Shaheed Alif’s young daughter, the medical care for his six-month pregnant wife, the future of the unborn child, and securing a sustainable source of income for his widowed mother.

This morning, we spoke with the family of the martyr. They have given their consent to this noble initiative.

We are beginning this initiative with Bismillah, contributing an initial one lakh taka from the internal fund of the Alhaj Shamsul Hoque Foundation.
