On July 12, Emergency Food Relief by the Foundation Amid Feni’s Devastating Flood

In response to the ongoing severe flooding in Fulgazi upazila of Feni district, the Alhaj Shamsul Hoque Foundation has arranged cooked meals for lunch and dinner today for approximately 1,750 stranded individuals.

Although floodwaters are now gradually receding, no one knows when these waterlogged families will be able to light their stoves again—many have lost their traditional clay ovens entirely.

The foundation’s local team is actively working on the ground in flood-affected areas of Feni, providing immediate relief.
