Mojar Pathshala: Learning with Care and Joy
Mojar Pathshala: Learning with Care and Joy
Date: Feb. 10, 2026
When a child is given the chance to learn, an entire future begins to change.
Education is a fundamental human right, yet many underprivileged and school-dropout children remain deprived of it. To address this gap, Alhaj Shamsul Haque Foundation has been implementing its innovative education initiative, “Mojar Pathshala.”
Through this program, underprivileged children receive new books, notebooks, pencils and essential learning materials. At the foundation’s guest house, the children are provided with daily lunch, followed by regular teaching sessions in a caring and friendly environment. At the beginning of the new year, the children are gifted with new books to encourage their learning journey.
After a certain period of preparation, the children are enrolled in regular schools and madrasas, helping them reintegrate into the formal education system. Currently, Mojar Pathshala is operating in Chattogram and Dhaka, with plans to expand the initiative nationwide in the future.
Guided by the motto “No child will be left behind,” Mojar Pathshala continues its mission to bring education, hope, and opportunity to children in need.
